Will you travel on site?
Yes, we love coming on site!* Each service is an additional $10 more when we come to you. A four person minimum is required for us to travel. We travel up to 30 miles from the salon.
Should I do a trial run?
We highly suggest them! We always think a trial is very helpful for the bride and stylist. It's a great opportunity to get to know the stylist and try out your ideas. We encourage you to bring photos of styles you like and any hair accessories you will be wearing for the wedding.
Can we bring in food and/or drinks to the salon on my wedding day?
How do I secure my wedding date?
The first step is to check our availbility. If your date is available, we will send you a bridal form to fill out and a $100 deposit is made to reserve your wedding date. The deposit is returned to you in cash the morning of your wedding.
When should I do the trial?
We suggest booking a trial run 2-6 weeks before your wedding day. We have many brides that book their trial run on the day of bridal showers, a dress fitting or the bachlorette party.
Can my bridal party add additional services day of?
We will do additional services only if the time permits. Typically we are booked for the day and have to stick to the original appointments booked to stay on time for every guest.
Does my hair need to be washed the day before?
Depending on your hair type (you know your hair best) all we ask if that you have clean DRY hair. No wet hair please! If your hair gets greasy easily, then we would recommend washing it the day of. Our time frame does not allow for us to dry and style your hair unless we agree upon that prior to the wedding day. If we need to dry your hair prior to styling, an additional $25 service fee will be added. A team memeber will communicate that with you before the service is performed.
What form of payment do you accept?
Cash, check and credit cards. Onsite we accept cash or check only.
How long will my services take?
We allow 45 minutes for each hair and makeup service for the bridal party. We book an hour for the brides hair. All trial runs are scheduled for an hour and a half so plenty of time is given to try different looks. We create a timeline the week before your wedding and send it via email for you to look over. If any switches on appointment times need to be made, we do them the week before.
What preparations should I do before the big day?
-We recommend coming in the week before your wedding day for an eye brow wax. This will ensure an even makeup application and that your brows look fab the day of!
How do I pay my deposit?
You can either stop by the salon and pay by card, cash or check. Or you can call and pay over the phone with a credit card.
